SAM JALLOH's mind blowing survival story from the slums of Sierra Leone to his harsh experiences during the war where he learning to survive in the most demanding conditions a human could endure.

Sam take us on a journey of survival, dreams, determination and courage.  Across the UK, Europe, America, Australia and beyond, Sam's motivational presentations hearten and exhilerate people of all ages, with reflections of his life's journey, his family and how tennis saved his life.

His story has been documented around the world media, including BBC World Service, TV and Radio; Radio 4, Saturday Live; BBC Merseyside; BBC Sunday Morning Live; BBC1 Breakfast Show; The INdependent Newpaper, Liverpool Echo and many many more worldside.

In his own words Sam shares his dogged determination and will to endure pain, to plough through dangers and fight to survive to see one more sunrise, one more day, and smile once more at his beloved mum.

Whilst bearing the lost of loved ones and a best friend in civil war he didn't understand at the age of 9, Sam batted hunger and starvation where many of the younger generation were forced to become child soldiers or face a painful death alongside many of Sam's countrymen and women - and yet he survived.

I'm delighted to Say Sam will be around most of the day to say hi to those who can't get into his Seminar on the day.  Booking early is recommended for this giant of a man who has so much wisdom to share so humbly with us all.

Rachel Earing

Founder of Live4Energy Training College

Rachel's previous life for ITV (mainly Granada & LWT TV) in Departments such as Drama, Light Entertainment and Programme Planning gave her a great grounding in working with individuals, teams and organisations at the top of their game. Confidentiality, creativity, clarity and communication were vital at a depth most organisations don't touch on.

This 20+ year grounding of raw basic principles of integrity and value to get to the root of character led pieces that would go on to win BAFTA, and Emmy award winning acclaim are all traits which she very naturally incorporated into her work as she entered the world of science and consciousness in Live4Energy Training College.

Rachel an Advanced Specialist in Emotional and Mental Intelligence, now brings together the world of innovative research from quantum science and consciousness to create a new way of looking at, thinking about, and experiencing mental fitness. The more we exercise our emotional and mental capabilities the stronger we become in helping the world around us thrive rather than just survive.

Rachel is the creator of The Great Big Yawn Mental Health Fest, Founder of Live4Energy Training College, Podcast host of The Wyrd World of Knowing, Author and Speaker.  Let's investigate together what The Great Big Yawn Mental Health Fest is all about.

Joanne Brown

Lifestyle Transformational Coach

Through my own personal journey I know what difficulties life can bring.  I have dealt with epilepsy, over active thyroid and emotional issues, such as chronic stress, anxiety and low moods.  I led life in difficult relationships and became a people pleaser. Unable to say "no", prefering to throw myself into anything to distract me from my own emotions and not feeling enough.  In 2008 at my lowest point I had to make the decision to make very small steps forward choosing different paths until I grew strong enough to now help others do the same.
